In the first Century, the mosaic was first used in Italy.Then the other mosaic murals have the characteristics of art used in the Constantin Bo San Sophia church in Eleventh Century and the San Sophia Church in Kiev.And we began to use of the building at the end of the nineteenth Century in China.

 

In the 70s of the 20th century, it has the modern architectural art effect about the mosaic mural with the subject of Guilin landscape used in Beijing hotel restaurant.1980s the glass mosaic used in the outside wall of Jinling Nanjing hotel has the protection and decoration effect.

 

Mosaic burned artificial,is supplemented by the lack of natural stone materials.It is came out after putting the semi dry fine clay slurry (aluminum silicate ALO2SIO) blending colorant into the mold and squeezed into a small roasting sheet.

There are two construction methods about mosaic: one is the installed by the cementing agent on the mosaic sheet under the leveling layer directly. Another is the mosaic sheet anti-sticking in the paper or fabric mesh.

 

Mosaic mural is according to design,put several groups of mosaic sheets together according to the group numbers after proofreading as amended,irrigation seam with adhesive and finally wiped it clean.
