(1) First matting the wall with paste adhesive,then leveled with serrate trowel,and each sheet of mosaic mush be prior leveled with glue to ensure there is no bubbles and voids.

(2) Ensure the sufficient drying time, generally it is 24 hours, after drying,filling appropriate agent to fill the void and make it smooth.

(3) To avoid scratches and damage,try not to use the abrasive cleaning agent,wire brush or sandpaper such rough tools to clean the surface.Wet cloth or sponge to clean the mosaic surface is highly recommended.

 

 

(1) Level a layer of tile glue or binder on the wall,and water the backside of the mosaic to keep wet,but do not soak in the water.

(2) Paste in binder again before paving to ensure the basal is level enough,and then paste the mosaic on the wall and make then firmly on the wall as soon as possible.

(3) Fill the gap of the mosaic with oily sealant.

(4) Wipe the extra cement and mortar on the surface of mosaic with soft cloth.cement and mortar extra cloth wipe the mosaic surface.

 

 

 

(1)The main component of the shell is calcium carbonate,it is not resist of acid and alkali,but it cannot formed by erosion of the ordinary weak acid.Such as washing supplies,etc.

(2) The shell can not be decorated outdoors,it will fade and stripping exposed to the weather.Its hardness is not so strong,so not suitable for the floor.

(3) It is the same method to paste like other mosaics(glass,stone,etc.)Use special mosaic binder or ceramic tile adhesive to paste,and then wipe it to clean.

(4) For general maintenance,just wipe with soft cloth,try to avoid the collision of sharp objects and scribing.
