1)Without flaw of front face

It is very important to inspect the appearance of single block mosaic.The decorative area should be more than 20% of the total area as well as spread uniformly.Under the natural light,and looks the mosaic from the eyes about 0.5 meters to check whether there is crack,defect or lack of side and angle,etc.

2) Rigorous process

First touch the glaze surface to feel its slip resistance; and look the thickness that will determine the density, high density means low water absorption rate, finally see the texture,the good quality mosaic usually with glaze in the middle of inner.

3) Backside with groove 

The back of single piece of glass mosaic should have sawtooth shape or ladder shaped groove. The selection of bonding agent, in addition to assuring stickup intensity, it should also be easier to scrub out. In addition, the paste agent will not damage the back paper or make the color fade.

4)Low water absorption rate

Low water absorption,it is an important factor to ensure the mosaic could be used for a long time. When drop water to the back of the mosaic,if the water spill outside,that means the mosaic with good quality.If spill down,that means the quality is not good.
