#2  201 is a nickel content of 4%, (now 201 may be contain about 6%) 304 of the nickel content of 8%, the same outdoor atmosphere does not scrub, 304 will be rust until 3-4 years later.And the 201 may be rust after 6 moths.

#3  The 201 is containing high manganese, the surface is very bright light but with dark light, and the more higher manganese contained will be easier to rust.The 304 is containing more chromium,so the surface is rendering dumb light and not so easy to be rusted.

 

 

#1 Use the magnet,that is the commonly way,and 201 the magnetism is relatively large, 304 is less or without magnetism.

#2 Use liquid medicine to test them.
