The detailed production process of Metal mosaic
The metal mosaic are including three different styles: stainless steel,aluminum plate and aluminum alloy mosaic.
1) Stainless steel mosaic
(stainless steel plate + bottom of ceramic particles + backside with mesh) - Gradually downhill for the clients because the oxidation of dim
Advantages: Low costs of stainless steel plate, the price of product is low too ,and have features of wear-resisting, can be decorated for the ground.
Disadvantages: single color, more colors of gold and silver, the surface of the process is only wire drawing or mirror surface; the surface is still easy to oxidation and become dark color.If poor quality then will be rusty and granular pasted together of the skin,ceramic particles and mesh.Or the chips easy strip and too heavy and need to be filled.
2)Aluminum plastic mosaic
(Aluminum particles and backside with sponge gum)- 10 years has become the mainstream, varieties of patterns
Advantages: aluminum plastic mosaic is rich in color,and the surface of process are drawing, flash, paintings, mirror, stone pattern, wood and other patterns;There is resin as protective layer, color could gloss consistently; Pasted directly of the chips and sponge gum,so it is very light weight and simple to install on wall.
Disadvantages: Resin as the protective layer on the surface so could not be decorated for the ground and the price is high-grade.
3)Aluminum Alloy Mosaic
(Aluminum alloy chips and backside with mesh) - Not so popular because of high price.
Advantages: All chips are aluminum,which can be used for second times and strength enough.Could be decorated for the ground.
Disadvantages: single color, no painting or other material effect,the technics of the surface is drawing or just mirror look.It is very heavy and need to be filled with glue and the price is also very high.

Main production equipment and process of metal mosaic:
1. Cut Cut into small one by about 2 meters wide of pressure shear ;
2.Punch out of the particles;
3.Cut metal mould with Cutting bed;
4.Pressure chips and adhesive together by roller machine.
