How to install Metal Mosaic

1)Clean the wall make it smooth,then lay the baseline in accordance with the size of metal mosaic to install the wall.

2)Use some water to wet the wall surface,and after drying then could be install the mosaic.

3)Use a special scraping tool to make ceramic cement on the wall with 3mm thickness.

4)It should should be based on the overall arrangement from one direction to the other direction of the whole area.

5)Flattening each one when finished pasting to make sure the compaction of mosaic and cement,and after drying,filling the joint.

6)The steps of filling:

A. Remove the loose material from the mosaic gap and squeeze out the ceramic rubber.

B. Use some water wet the gap of mosaic, when no water then it is available to fill the sealant.

C. Press the adhesive that is not corrosive into the gap with special sponge trowel.
