It includes the following steps:

 

1) In the bottom of large piece of glass surface, use high temperature pigment coloring, and the high temperature pigment thickness is 0.52mm;

2) In the temperature range within of 80 to 110 degrees,make the pigment dry with the high temperature;

3) Slice, cut into small pieces of glass;

4) Gradually warming up to 700 to 850 degrees of the glass sheet,then barbecue for 30-60 minutes;

5)Degrees down to 450 to 550 annealing;

6) Sprayed with colorful water on the surface of glass;

7) In the degree range of 450 to 550,and kept for 25-35 minutes;

8) Annealing to room temperature. Using this method to produce the glass mosaic with rich colors bright, surface bright as a mirror, like a symphony, and has the advantages of beautiful appearance and high strength, good abrasion resistance advantages.
