The producing methods including a transparent glass matrix body,wherein the transparent glass matrix body is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer , and a metal sheet is arranged between the upper and the lower layers.The metal sheet is a gold and platinum sheet.

 

Methods for producing a double sided glass mosaic with a mold, which comprises the following steps:

1) first of all, the production of hollow molds, in the mold to add materials of mosaic, in the mosaic of the material surface that is the metal sheet;

2) On the metal sheet with materials of mosaic, hot pressing the molding; materials of metal sheet is gold or platinum.

 

 

The method has the following advantages and effects: golden glass mosaic surrounding neat and uniform thickness, shape is controlled by the mould can suppress the corrugated and flat gold glass mosaic, glass mosaic can show a metallic sheen, because the metal sheet is clamped in between the two layers of transparent glass matrix, the surface can not be oxidized. There is tidy technical effect for the spacing made of inclined surface of the mosaic pieces.
