Resin is a kind of secretion from various plants,especially conifers hydrocarbons(HCS).It is a mixture of a variety of polymers,so there are different melting point.The resin can be divided into natural resins and synthetic resin,that is polymer.

 

According to the survey,it is found that resin mosaic has strong stereo feeling,personalized features,irregular single shape,convex features.Especially in imitation of the striae,wove,wallpaper,wood,metal and so on are all looks like the real thing.The size including 23*23mm, 25*25MM, 48*48mm, 50*50mm, 75*75mm, 100*100mm,above different specification could be combined of different pattern,style,and materials to make the mosaic.It also could made of collage,hand-painted,cast copper,electroplating and other technics.

 

 

The production procedure is a little complex,first must design a series of theme drawings.Then carved out of the original tire by professional sculptor.Then mold by processing with die.Additionally,it could be decorated for home,bar,lobby,cafe shop,balcony and screen,etc.
