The Metal Mosaic mainly consists of stainless steel,aluminum plastic plate,Aluminum Alloy.

 

1) Stainless steel mosaic (stainless steel plate + bottom ceramic particles + backside with mesh )

Advantages: the cost of stainless steel plate is low, the product price is low too, wear-resisting, can be decorated for the floor.

 

Disadvantages: single color, gold and silver color is widely used, the technics only with wire drawing and mirror.But the surface is also easily oxidized and the color will be darker and darker,if poor quality goods then will become rust.Made of stainless steel skin,ceramic particles and backside with mesh,the mosaic is a little heavier,so when installation,should be stock with cement adhesive.

2) Aluminum plastic plate mosaic (aluminum particles + sponge adhesive)

Advantages: rich color, with various surface technics,like wire drawing,flash,picture pattern,mirror,marble pattern,wood pattern and so on.With resin protective layer,the surface of chip it could keep color and gloss consistent always.Backside with sponge gum sticker,the weight is the lightest;and it is also simply to install,just paste directly without any cement adhesive.

 

Disadvantages: the surface is a resin protective layer, so it can not be used for floor decoration; the price is high-grade of metal mosaic.

 

 

3) Aluminum alloy mosaic (aluminum alloy particles + backside with mesh)

Advantages: aluminum particles, hardness enough which can be processed for second times,like laser, phantom, rotary ring wear and so on, can be used for floor decoration.

 

Disadvantages: single color, no pictures or other material effect, the surface technics only can made with wire drawing pattern or mirror.It is heavier and when installation,should be filled with cement adhesive.The price is high-grade.
