Coconut Shell Mosaic is the mature and hard shell derived from the beautiful island of Hainan Province,China.The shell has abilities of a dense fibrous layer,hardness and wear resistance and drift pattern as well as resist corrosion.

The process is in accordance with the selection of raw materials, grinding, sectioning, polishing, choosing material, parquet, patch, natural dried etc.

 

 

 

1) selection material: Choose the ripe coconut,the remove the loose skin of outer layer so that can be a texture dense and hard shell.

 

2) grinding:Empty the coconut milk and coconut inside,then dry under the sunshine.After drying,artificial buffing the surface and polishing.

 

3) sectioning: Cut the whole coconut into a variety of small pieces according to different specification.

 

4) polishing: It is a very important step.First,choose again the forming coconut pieces,then pasting according to the design requirements.

 

5) natural dried: It cannot be dried by baking such ways,only dry naturally.

 

Because of the pure natural raw materials,the coconut shell mosaic has the features of environmental protection,healthy quality.
