1)Preparation cement board: First according to the size of mosaic,make a line with ink play in the cement board;then use the special punch  to make mark on four angle of the line grid so that it could easily to nail the cement slab.Additionally,it needs to screw holes of the cement board on the switch socket,and after ac-curating measurement of the position of the line box,and then open a pore in the cement board by cutting machine. (Notes: the power of switch socket must be cut off,open the cover and then tied the wire with insulating tape.)

 

2) Fixed cement board: Before putting the cement board on the wall,see whether the joining together closely,and polish the edge until the two cement board could joining together closely;Then make the steel nails on cement board of the line uniformly,finally make mark at the little holes and bored with electric drill and finally tighten the screws.

 

 

3) Moisture-proof processing: Check the cement plate fixation,if the place is not solid-ed enough,scored nails fastened again.And check the level of cement board with ruler,and then checked by the laser line.After making sure the cement plate screw firmly,finishing caulking and moisture-proof processing.

 

 

4) Filled the gap with professional grout cement,and do water-proof processing.Mixed with 1:1 ratio of water and moisture-proof agent.and brush until uniformly,after drying, stick the mosaic on the wall.
