The difference between the Cold spray mosaic and Hot-melting mosaic is the production technics,which makes them a great difference in performance.

 

 

Firstly cut the transparent flat glass into certain specifications or the form of glass block by machine or hand-cutting.Then melting with high temperature to make the edge firing arc edge shape.After selecting the qualified products,put them into specific mold,then print all kinds of color or various colors of paint.Finally when drying,covering a layer of relatively coarse of white coating and after drying paste a sticker of network in the backside.

 

 

Firstly cut the the finished transparent flat glass (usually 4-8mm thickness) into certain area and shape block,then print colorful glaze or patterns on it.After drying,print more layer of white glaze on it to prevent friction and increase the glaze thickness.Then drying again,cutting into a certain of mosaic block with certain specification,size and shapes.then put the block on the ceramic plate with pick silicate material to heat in the kiln with high temperature.Then cooling and finishing choosing qualified ones,finally pasted backside with mesh or paper in the front side.

 

 

1) After heating with high temperature,the color of Hot-melt mosaic looks evenly.

2) The color of Cold spray mosaic of backside is sprayed,and the edge processing is not so clean.After using for a period of time,the color is automatically changed.And if scrape the backside of these two kind of mosaic,can see the difference too.
