Gold glass mosaic, containing a certain proportion of filamentous or strip metal (usually gold) crystalline particles.With obvious case of light flashes of color , so it also called sands mosaic or pull wire mosaic.

 

The features of Gold glass mosaic is the same as Melting mosaic.But gold glass mosaic looks more texture and luxury for its inside and outside irregular filamentous metal particles and translucent body,that is why the cost is very different in the market.And the crystalline particle distribution is natural, filiform, golden yellow as well as will be twinkle in case of light.

 

 

The production processes is almost the same as Melting mosaic.But the gold glass mosaic just put some very small gold metal grain in the pipeof cutter mold then processed in the high temperature.After processing,the flashing light effect will be better.And if the temperature is controlled not good enough or the metal grain is not pure enough,then the finished goods will have a piece of ribbon and look dark red with poor effect.

 

 

So far,controlling the temperature when casting the metal crystal grain during the production process is still the key point of the technics.And that is more depended on the experience of mater to observe the calcining fire and the effective technics of metal crystalline grain.Therefore,the factory with rich experiences craftsmen is the most important step to keep the high quality of gold glass mosaic.
