APCP composite material made from multiple layers, the lower layer is 0.08-0.50mm rustproof high purity aluminum plate, in the middle is 2-3mm thick non-toxic fire retardant low density polyethylene (PE) core, which is also positive spray protective film, the entire board generally 3mm, 4mm, 5mm three kinds of thickness.

 

According to classify aluminum plate surface craft, mainly divided into seven series,including mirror, brushed, loose beads, solid, wood, Shiwen and drawing.

1. Start the automatic high-speed stamping presses processing aluminum plate;

2. Select aluminum plate according to the color and surface craft (various colors and seven surface craft);

3. Stamping mosaic particles(rectangular, circular, polygonal shape, etc.) by using the mosaic pattern.

4. Set type by using the mosaic porcelain to choose the particles,and the pattern of mosaic is ever-changing(please ensure the grain pattern and spacing.);

5. Pasting the Double sided Adhesive on the backside of the chips of mosaic,and then pressed by packaging machine.(To avoid artificial uneven pressure which will make the particle not fastened;

6.To cut the extra-sided adhesive by cutting edge machine(gum size 320 * 320mm, and finished more than 310 × 310mm or less))
